Opening Sequence Idea

For my final project; the movie introduction. I want it to be a crime/action/thriller, it will end in suspense which will hopefully coax the audience to want to watch the entire movie. As a producer I plan to encode interpretations and ideas for the audience to then decode and interpret. Different camera angles will be used to show the expressions and to show in more detail the actual horror and to make the movie seem realistic. Diegetic, non-diegetic, ambient sounds, score, sound bridge and pleonastic sounds will be used to also make the movie opening seem more realistic and professional. My movie will conform to what an audience would naturally expect to happen in regards to character roles. My production will have a mass audience and will include the title , production company, introduce the characters, and show briefly an idea of what events will take place by using the correct sounds and enigma.
My opening scene is in comparison to Silence of the lambs, by Jonathan Demme. As it has the same base and the characters will bring the thrill and liveliness to the characters that is needed to make the audience feel scared but wanting them to watch more.
Overall I think this production will go to plan and be high quality.

These are statistics of the public's favourite genre to watch in the theatre , this helps with my research due to the fact that it enables me to plan my final production around these themes so that it will be entertaining for the audience as well as being something that draws their attention.
